Payment for Tuition & Housing

Students are encouraged to view their account balance, payment schedule, and make payments for tuition and housing charges from their student portal or make payment using other options listed below under “payment methods”.

Payment for Miscellaneous Fees

Payment Methods

Students can make payments via any of the below methods: 


Credit/debit card or bank transfer on the students web portal under the "My Finances" tab.


Make checks payable to the University of Silicon Valley.


Send payment to and reference the student's first and last name.


Make cash payments at the Business Office.


Make credit or debit payments over the phone by calling the Business Office.

Payment Due Dates

Payment for each term is due in full one week before the start of the term (new students) or on the 15th of the month in which the term begins (continuing students). Payment due dates and balances are shown on the student’s preliminary award plan and on the student portal.

Past due payments may result in the student’s account being placed on hold, which would prevent the student from registering for classes.

Payment Plans

Students can establish a monthly payment plan at no additional charge. The plan will extend cash payments owed evenly over the academic year (2 terms or 8 months) with payments due on the 15th of each month.
